1. தகுதி:
   • உங்கள் வர்த்தக முத்திரை தனித்துவமானதா என்பதை உறுதிப்படுத்துங்கள்.
   • ஒத்த வர்த்தக முத்திரைகள் ஏற்கனவே பதிவுசெய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனவா என்பதை சரிபார்க்குங்கள்.
2. முதன்முதலில்:
   • இந்திய வர்த்தக முத்திரை ரெஜிஸ்ட்ரீயின் (Trademark Registry) இணையதளத்தில் தேடல் செய்யுங்கள்.
   • தேடல் முடிவுகளைப் பார்த்து, உங்கள் வர்த்தக முத்திரை சாத்தியமா என்பதை தீர்மானியுங்கள்.
3. விண்ணப்பிக்க:
   • TM-A எனப்படும் விண்ணப்பப் படிவத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்யுங்கள்.
   • விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம் செலுத்துங்கள்.
   • உங்களுடைய நிறுவனம் மற்றும் வர்த்தக முத்திரை பற்றிய விவரங்களை சரியாக நிரப்புங்கள்.
4. விண்ணப்ப சமர்ப்பிக்க:
